Signing Into Your Account

Step 1: Go to naturehills.com

Step 2: Look for the account access options in the top right corner:

  • Click the person icon, OR
  • Click "Account" or "Sign In" text link

Step 3: Enter your email address (the one you used when placing orders)

Step 4: Click "Send Access Code" or "Continue"

Step 5: Check your email for the access code

  • Open the email from Nature Hills
  • Copy the access code (usually 6 digits)
  • Return to the website and enter the code
  • Click "Sign In" or "Verify"

First Time Accessing Your Account

Don't have an account yet? No problem!

Step 1: Follow the sign-in steps above using your email address

Step 2: If you've placed orders with us before, your account already exists

  • Enter your email address
  • We'll send you an access code to get started

Step 3: If you're completely new:

  • Enter your email address on the sign-in page
  • We'll create your account and send you an access code
  • Complete any additional profile information if prompted

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Not Receiving Your Access Code?

  • Wait 2-3 minutes - codes can take a moment to arrive
  • Check your spam/junk folder thoroughly
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try requesting a new code if the first doesn't arrive after 5 minutes
  • Check for typos in your email address

Access Code Not Working?

  • Double-check the code - make sure you're entering all digits correctly
  • Try copying and pasting the code directly from the email
  • Make sure the code hasn't expired - codes are usually valid for 10-15 minutes
  • Request a fresh code if yours has expired
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering the code

Wrong Email Address?

  • Use the same email you used when placing orders with Nature Hills
  • Try any other email addresses you might have used for previous orders
  • Contact support if you're unsure which email to use

Technical Issues?
